About Steve Wildstrom
Steve Wildstrom has been involved in information technology since he was a student in the 1960s and has been a close observer of the industry since the mid-1990s. From 1994 to 1999, he wrote the Technology & You column for BusinessWeek magazine and was a regular blogger on the site.
Contrary to some opinions don’t spend all my time thinking about technology. I’m deeply interested in the arts and I am a founder and board member of the Children’s Chorus of Washington.
I live in Kensington, MD, just outside of Washington, D.C., with my wife, Susan. And I have two grown children, Jonathan, a software engineer in New York, and David Jacob (Jake), a mathematics professor at the University of Louisville, and one extremely adorable grandson.
